Marriage Licenses and Civil Unions
Marriage license applications are taken from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
A 72-hour waiting period is required from application to issuance.
The bride must be a resident of Edgewater. Applicants are encouraged to call the Registrar at 943-1700 ext. 6007 for an appointment and details.

Domestic Partnerships
Domestic Partnership applications are taken from 9:00 am to 4:00

CERTIFIED COPIES OF VITAL STATISTICS
Certified copies of certificates of birth, deaths,
and marriages, occurring in Edgewater, can be obtained by either coming
into the Health Department or by written request at the rate of $10.00
per copy.
