BUILDING & TAX: TAX COLLECTORS OFFICE   The Edgewater Tax Collector’s Office is responsible for the collection of taxes, which may be made in person or by mail. The Collector’s office prepares, proves and reconciles all deposits. All checks must be made payable to the Borough of Edgewater. Postdated checks are not accepted and will be returned to the taxpayer. Credit Cards are not accepted for payment. All payments are posted under the property owner’s Lot and Block number.
