GOVERNING BODY: BOROUGH CLERK - LICENSING   ABC Liquor Licenses The Borough of Edgewater has a total number of 18 licenses, which consist of the following:      -One (1) license is a #31 license; a Club License and entitles the licensee to sell alcoholic beverages only for immediate consumption on the licensed premises and only to bona fide club members and their guests.      -Sixteen (16) licenses are #33's, which are Plenary Retail Consumption Licenses. These retail consumption licenses entitle the licensee to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the licensed premises and also to sell in original containers for consumption off the premises.      -One (1) license is a #44 license, which is a Plenary Retail Distribution License and entitles the licensee to only sell alcoholic beverages in original containers for the consumption off the licensed premises. ** The Borough of Edgewater has met their limitation on the number of liquor licenses to be issued. Garage Sales If you are interested in having a garage sale(s), you must apply for a permit and pay a fee of $5.00 for each date of the sale plus the cost of postage if you would like the license mailed back to you.
