When lightning is detected in the area, a loud horn will blast and a strobe light will flash on the roof of the Community Center.  All residents are to seek shelter immediately, and the water of the splash pad will automatically turn off.  When it is all clear to resume outdoor activity, the horn will blast again and the strobe light will turn off.
