RIVER ROAD WATER MAIN PROJECT UPDATE
The following schedule has been provided by Veolia Water:
The contractor will be pressure testing the new main today April 16. Chlorination is scheduled to take place Monday 4/21 - Wednesday 4/23. As of right now night work for the project is scheduled for Monday 4/21 to connect to the regulator on Henry Hudson Drive.
The contractor has also scheduled night work to complete new service work for Tuesday 4/22 - Thursday 4/24 for the new building being built at 55 Main Street, Fort Lee.
Once the chlorination samples pass and the main is placed in service There will be two tie-ins to complete at Massa Lane and Burdette Court and remove the current bypass connection. That will complete this phase of the project which should wrap up the end of the week of the 28th.
