News Flash

• Friday July 4 – All roads between Bergen County and Hudson County will remain open, fireworks on the East River and not visible from the Hudson River side.

• Tentatively scheduled to begin Monday July 7 – Gorge Road north bound from River Road will be closed to traffic for approximately three to four weeks between the hours of 6am to 3pm Monday through Friday for a Bergen County drainage improvement project.  Gorge Road south bound will remain open.

• Tentatively scheduled to begin Monday July 7 – New Jersey Route 5 west bound between River Road and the southern section of Undercliff Avenue, three (3) days of work, tentative work hours 7am to 3pm Monday - Wednesday for a State of New Jersey drainage improvement project.  No road or lane closures expected, possible lane shifts and alternating traffic lanes at times.
